Location: Hyderabad/ Secunderabad,Telangana.
Job Description:
1. Diagnose coverage & impression variance in Ad campaign served using analytical data & make recommendations to improve coverage.
2. Analyze billing & explain detailed breakdown of the revenue & invested costs to the Customer.
3.Analyze policy violations in Ads served, liaise with policy team to identify the remedy & communicate to the customer.
4.Provision account activation & other admin tasks to set up an Ad campaign.
5.Able to visualize & create reports to present campaign performance.
6.Provide email and chat support in English.
7.Ensure that all requests from the clients are addressed and prioritized in timely manner to reach the SLAs
8.Available to work in a 24×7 set up
Skills Required:
1.Basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS
2.Strong analytical skills
3.Excellent spoken communication skills & phone etiquetes
4.Proficient in English writing and speaking skills
5.Able to handle calls /email and Chat
5 Days Working Sat/Sun Fixed Off
