Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
- Freshers are welcome if they have a top notch communication skill.
