  • Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Verbal: English & Hindi (primary), regional languages (secondary) must Required
  • Written: English, Hindi, and regional languages

Tech Mahindra Hiring Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
  • Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
  • Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
  • Adhere to login and production hours
  • Total: 9:00 Hours
  • Shift Timings: 8:00 AM 8:30 PM {Rotational}
  • Maintain punctuality and follow break schedules
  • Shift Timings:
  • Male employees: Rotational day shifts
  • Female employees: Rotational day shifts
  • Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates




Skills Required

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)

Employment Type: Permanent.

  • Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
