- Written: English, Hindi, and regional languages
Tech Mahindra Hiring Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with strong communication skills
- Act as an advisor to customers, assisting with queries and providing resolutions
- Follow up and provide updates to customers within promised timelines
- Adhere to login and production hours
- Total: 9:00 Hours
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM 8:30 PM {Rotational}
- Maintain punctuality and follow break schedules
- Shift Timings:
- Male employees: Rotational day shifts
- Female employees: Rotational day shifts
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
Employment Type: Permanent.
- Working days after training: 5 days with 2 days rotational weekly off.
