Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
- Cross sell / OutCall to customers

Education Requirements
Under Graduates/Graduates
Experience Requirements
Fresher/ 1 -2 year experience (Customer service in Banking or any field)
Skills and Abilities
- Versant or SVAR as mentioned in new hire clause
- Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
- Agent should be able to communicate in English, Hindi
- Regional language proficiency (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Odia)

Divyasree Omega building block C 1st floor Hitech City
Interview Timing: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
