We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Content Moderation – English

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and updating digital content across websites and other platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to suggest improvements and enhance user engagement.
• Support the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple digital platforms.
• Conduct regular content audits to maintain accuracy, relevancy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize content workflows and processes.
• Provide input and feedback for continuous improvement of content quality and user experience

Qualifications • Any Graduate • Freshers are eligible • Fluent in English Language

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
