• Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs

Compensation & Other Benefits :

Salary Base Pay : 385,000 to 456,750 LPA/-

Additional Benefits:-

• Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA
• Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
• Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/shift
• Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
• 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your duties include:

• Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and email
• Navigate and review solutions in real-time using a variety of tools
• Assist with identity verification and account security concerns as needed
• Help identify and prevent potential fraud or security issues that may impact customer experience
• Problem-solve for customers without reading from a script
• Provide exceptional support and troubleshoot account and shopping issues

You will also need to be able to:

• Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills
• Should be comfortable with both the languages English and Hindi
• Work comfortably with computers and navigate multiple systems
• Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Work in rotating shifts (late night and overnight shifts primarily, early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required)
• Be punctual and present for your entire work shifts
• Be fully committed to your customer service role whilst working at Amazon

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills required
• Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Candidates should NOT be pursuing regular college education
• Willingness to work from office is mandatory
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a voice process
